Terms of Use
Last updated 10 October 2026
Welcome to [CHALLENGE GATE]. These terms explain the rules for using the site and how responsibility works between you and us. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use the site
This website is run by [HutiyaBanao], based in India ("we", "us"). You must be 18 or older to sign up for updates or send us feedback.
What the site is
[CHALLENGE GATE] is a game where the way in is a challenge. Right now the site is a preview: you can learn how it works, sign up to be told when the gate opens, and send feedback. Games, accounts and other features will be added over time.
The site is free. Because it's still growing, we may change, pause or remove any part of it, including the games and how they work, at any time and without notice.
Play fair
The challenge only means something if people clear it themselves. When using the site, please don't:
- use bots, scripts, automated tools or any other method to skip, solve or get around a challenge
- try to break into, overload, scan or disrupt the site, its servers or its data
- copy or collect content or data from the site with automated tools
- sign up with someone else's email address or pretend to be someone else
- send feedback that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening or spam
- use the site in any way that breaks the law
Emails
If you sign up, we'll email you when the gate opens and, occasionally, about new challenges. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop emails at any time. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Your feedback
We love hearing from you. When you send feedback or ideas, you let us use them freely to improve the site and the games, without any obligation to pay you or credit you. Please don't include other people's personal details in your feedback.
Our content
The site, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics, games and code, belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal enjoyment, and to share links to it, or screenshots and videos of you playing. Please don't copy, republish, sell or build on our content without our written permission.
No prizes or money
The games are just for fun. There's no entry fee, no betting and no cash or prize for clearing a challenge. If we ever offer prizes or paid features, they'll come with their own rules, which you'll see before taking part.
The site is provided as is
We put a lot of care into the site, but like any website, it may sometimes be unavailable, slow, or have mistakes, and its games may change. So we provide it "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises or guarantees about the site, whether stated or implied. That includes any promise that it will be available, accurate, error-free, secure, free of viruses, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Our responsibility
Because the site is free and provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows, we, and anyone who works with us, aren't responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using the site, or from not being able to use it. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses, and loss of data, profit, goodwill or opportunity, even if we were told such a loss was possible.
If, despite this, we're found responsible for something that the law doesn't allow us to exclude, our total responsibility to you, for all claims together, is limited to ₹1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Your responsibility
You're responsible for how you use the site. If you break these terms or the law while using it, and that leads to a claim, loss or cost for us, or anyone who works with us, you agree to cover it, including reasonable legal costs.
Things outside our control
We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, failures of the services we rely on, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or government action.
Other services and links
The site relies on services run by other companies, such as hosting, databases and fonts, and may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data.
Ending access
We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk. You can stop using the site whenever you like, and unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for significant changes we'll also tell subscribers by email. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Resolving disputes
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first at privacy@hutiyabanao.online. Most things can be sorted out quickly, and we'll try in good faith to resolve any concern within 30 days.
If we can't resolve it that way, the dispute will be settled by arbitration by a single arbitrator under India's Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, held in [Mumbai, Maharashtra], in English. This is private and usually quicker than court. Either side may still ask the courts of [Mumbai, Maharashtra] for urgent temporary relief.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
General
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, it will be limited as little as necessary, and the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer these terms, for example to a company we set up to run the site. You may not transfer them without our permission.
